Who are we?
Forever Trees is a passion of Mandy Richards and John Etherington. Having spent 30 years in the adventure travel industry, we have seen a lot of damage caused by deforestation around the world. Now we are on a mission to get involved in restoring and re-establishing land back to native forest here at home in Nelson, New Zealand and around the world!
The world needs more trees - Lets get started!
Native Tree Nursery
We run a the small native plant nursery on the Cable Bay Adventure Park property in Hira, North Nelson where we grow a selection of native restoration species.
We are off-grid and our goal for 2026 is to be 100% electric by the end of the year and be New Zealand’s first 100% Electric commercial native nursery. Watch this space!
Environmental Travel
